Product Manager

Responsibilities
- Act as the bridge between business and technology, translating user and business needs into effective solutions.
- Build a strong understanding of internal workflows, systems, and dependencies across practice areas.
- Partner with UX, Development, and stakeholders to identify problems and shape product opportunities.
- Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform product direction.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing products, workflows, and user experiences.
- Develop strong domain knowledge to ensure solutions align with how teams actually work.
- Collaborate with UX, business analysts, architects, and development teams to refine features and solutions.
- Define clear user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria that support consistent and scalable use.
- Translate business needs into structured, prioritized product requirements.
- Align stakeholders on priorities, trade-offs, and expected outcomes.
- Support documentation, communication and training materials to enable successful adoption.
- Evaluate and support integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms.
- Provide product direction and make day-to-day decisions on scope, functionality, reliability and user experience.
- Own and maintain the product roadmap, balancing near-term delivery with longer-term goals.
- Lead agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews.
- Drive adoption across internal teams through clear communication and rollout planning.
- Define and track KPIs to measure product performance, adoption, efficiency gains and impact.
- Maintain regular stakeholder updates and feedback loops.
- Incorporate user feedback into ongoing product improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering digital products.
- Curious and proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new domains quickly.
- Ability to apply AI in practical ways to improve productivity, decision-making, and product development.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders through clear communication and structured thinking.
- Working knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Figma.
- Strong collaboration, relationship-building, and communication skills.
