Seeking a Product Manager to lead AI-powered product initiatives for a leading design community platform. Work remotely with a cross-functional team to identify AI opportunities, evaluate models, and deliver features that delight designers and businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and lead AI-powered product initiatives from discovery to launch, improving experiences for designers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Partner with Engineering to evaluate AI technologies, understand tradeoffs, and translate capabilities into valuable customer experiences.
  • Evaluate AI models and technologies to determine the best approach for product problems, balancing value, feasibility, cost, and performance.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Revenue, and Finance to prioritize work and deliver features to market.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and challenges through research and data.
  • Monitor product performance and AI quality using data, experimentation, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support product growth by improving onboarding, engagement, retention, and monetization through experimentation and optimization.

Requirements

  • Product management experience shipping digital products from discovery to launch.
  • Experience building AI-powered products or features, with knowledge of LLMs, multimodal models, agents, and RAG.
  • Customer-first mindset with curiosity about user behavior and passion for building loved products.
  • Comfort using quantitative and qualitative data to guide decisions and evaluate AI performance.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Collaborative approach, enjoying cross-disciplinary teamwork.
  • Adaptability to continuously learn and apply new AI technologies.
  • Appreciation for design and creativity, excited to build for a design community.
