Develop and maintain a full-stack web portal for an HR-Tech platform. Build frontend with ReactJS, backend with Python/Django, and deploy on AWS. Ensure application security, scalability, and performance. Collaborate with designers and contribute to documentation.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with UX/UI and product designers.
- Develop and maintain the frontend and backend of a web portal.
- Ensure scalability, security, stability, and usability across platforms.
- Deploy system to cloud services (AWS).
- Enhance application security during the development lifecycle.
- Create and maintain code documentation.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ReactJS.
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks like Django or Flask.
- Strong experience with AWS.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and client-server architecture.
- Willingness to assist with occasional nighttime production deployments.
- Strong problem-solving skills, team-player attitude, and good command of English.
Nice to have
- AWS certification (Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect Associate).
- Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding.
