- Develop and scale influencer affiliate traffic across target markets
- Source, onboard, activate, and grow relationships with affiliate partners
- Manage the full partner lifecycle from initial contact through launch, optimization, and scaling
- Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and hybrid partnership deals
- Analyze FTD, deposit, conversion, ROI, LTV, and traffic-quality performance
- Identify new traffic sources, platforms, and partnership opportunities
- Create and test influencer integrations and affiliate campaign approaches
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and emerging opportunities by GEO
- Own assigned markets and deliver measurable commercial growth
דרישות
- At least 3 years of affiliate marketing experience in iGaming or betting
- Hands-on experience with influencer traffic and an established network of influencers, streamers, content creators, tipsters, agencies, or affiliates
- Experience in LATAM, Uzbekistan, and/or Tier-1 markets
- Strong knowledge of CPA, RevShare, and hybrid commercial models
- Ability to evaluate FTDs, deposits, conversion, ROI, LTV, player value, and traffic quality
- Experience sourcing, onboarding, negotiating with, and scaling affiliate partners
- Strong commercial negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- English sufficient for international communication
