Lead the full lifecycle of playable advertising concepts for mobile games, from market research and creative strategy through production, launch, performance analysis, and iteration. Partner with user acquisition, product, analytics, development, and art teams to build a scalable, data-driven play

- Develop creative strategy and manage the playable ad hypothesis backlog
- Research competitors, market patterns, and internal test history to create original testable concepts
- Create mini-game concepts and production-ready scripts covering audience insight, hook, gameplay loop, flow, mechanics, progression, outcomes, CTA, visuals, sound, and variations
- Define objectives, variables, expected impact, metrics, constraints, and decision criteria before production
- Run brainstorms, align concepts with stakeholders, and convert approved ideas into structured tasks
- Brief Cocos Creator developers and art contributors with asset lists, source files, technical requirements, acceptance criteria, owners, and deadlines
- Coordinate asset preparation and optimization with technical art and development teams
- Oversee production reviews for script alignment, first-interaction clarity, pacing, feedback, CTA, and technical readiness
- Organize cross-device, orientation, aspect-ratio, and ad-network QA, including event tracking and install-flow validation
- Analyze campaign results and decide whether to scale, iterate, stop, or adapt concepts
- Maintain a centralized library of hypotheses, references, versions, results, and learnings
- Improve the creative workflow through templates, required fields, statuses, ownership, automation, service levels, and retrospectives

- At least 3 years of experience in creative production, creative strategy, or performance marketing for mobile games
- Portfolio demonstrating personal contribution across playable ad hypothesis, script or brief, production, metrics, and iteration decisions
- Strong understanding of game mechanics, onboarding, and the mobile user acquisition funnel
- Ability to write production-ready scripts and technical briefs for Cocos Creator developers
- Experience briefing and managing playable ad developers, 2D/3D artists, and animators
- Knowledge of creative performance metrics including CTR, IPM, CVR/IR, CPI, ROAS, Spend Share, engagement, completion, and CTA clicks
- Ability to evaluate test data across cohorts and placements while accounting for data volume
- Systematic competitive research skills using platforms such as AppMagic, Sensor Tower, Meta Ad Library, or TikTok Creative Center
- Experience with structured creative pipelines, hypothesis backlogs, review gates, versioning, QA, results databases, and documented learnings
- Technical understanding of HTML5/WebGL, Web Mobile, ad-network limitations, asset sizes, orientations, touch UX, loading, CTA, MRAID, SDK integrations, and cross-device QA
- Understanding of 2D/3D asset preparation for Cocos Creator, including formats, compression, atlases, pivots, materials, naming, and source-file handoff
- Ability to manage multiple hypotheses and iterations in parallel and document decisions
