- Create Unity tools and automate development workflows
- Build responsive user interfaces
- Profile and optimize Unity projects

- Professional Unity development experience and strong C# knowledge
- Middle-level or higher experience
- Ability to understand and carefully extend an existing codebase
- Portfolio of polished projects available for review
- Ability to work across complete Unity projects, including scenes, UI, animation, assets, and integrations
- Ability to create development tools and automation
- Experience building responsive UI
- Understanding of Unity performance, profiling, and optimization
- Ability to work effectively in a distributed team
- Experience using AI assistants and AI agents
- Ability to use AI as an engineering tool by providing context, reviewing generated results, and understanding its limitations
- Willingness to use AI for prototyping and development without delegating architectural or quality responsibility
