A product-focused mobile game company is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to create high-impact user-acquisition advertising creatives. The role is remote, generally aligned with GMT+2, and available through B2B arrangements in EU countries, Georgia, and other permitted locations.

- Create user-acquisition creatives for a mobile game
- Develop concepts and visual storytelling
- Animate and produce 3D scenes and final advertising videos
- Manage materials, lighting, cameras, rendering, compositing, editing, color correction, and sound design
- Develop creative concepts from idea through final delivery
דרישות
- At least 3 years of motion design experience, primarily in mobile game user-acquisition advertising
- Strong 3D background
- Practical experience with Blender or Unreal Engine
- Confident use of After Effects and Photoshop
- Experience with 3D scenes, materials, lighting, cameras, and rendering
- Advanced motion design and animation skills
- Experience with video editing, color correction, and sound design
- Art direction and visual storytelling skills
- Understanding of user acquisition, performance marketing, and effective advertising creative
- Interest in applying AI tools within creative workflows
- Portfolio demonstrating personal contributions to 3D animation, modeling, lighting, materials, compositing, and rendering

- Professional experience in mobile gaming
- Experience working with game assets
- Ability to develop concepts independently from initial idea to final video
