- Prioritize the roadmap against module success metrics and define guardrail metrics to prevent trade-offs.
- Maintain the forward plan including acceptance criteria, dependencies, and quality requirements.
- Spend time in the field with designers to gather insights and convert them into backlog items.
- Verify launches weekly, own the team dashboard, and mentor an Associate Product Manager.
דרישות
- 4+ years of product management with direct ownership of a funnel or conversion metric, demonstrated by measurable before-and-after results.
- Analytics fluency with tools like Amplitude; rigorous about measuring improvement.
- Comfortable setting targets and verifying outcomes without reviewing every ticket.
- Experience with field sales tools, configure-price-quote (CPQ), or in-home selling is a strong plus.
- Strong attention to detail for complex, careful mechanics within the designer experience.
