Join a mobile gaming team to acquire new players and improve performance marketing results across paid advertising channels.

- Launch, manage, and optimize user acquisition campaigns for mobile games
- Work with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, and advertising networks
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize budgets to improve ROAS
- Test advertising creatives and track CPI, CPA, LTV, and ROAS
- Analyze data and identify opportunities to improve results
- Test new advertising channels and acquisition approaches
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams
דרישות
- At least 1 year of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with advertising platforms
- Understanding of performance metrics and campaign optimization principles
- Experience with analytics tools and mobile measurement partners, including Google Analytics, Firebase, or Tenjin
- Ability to work with data and independently identify improvement opportunities
- Technical English and native Ukrainian
