Full-time field-based role in Ness Ziona supporting customers and installation sites in Israel and abroad. The position focuses on troubleshooting, maintaining, upgrading, and supporting complex integrated systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
- Provide real-time technical support to customers and installation sites.
- Document faults, solutions, and improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and engineering teams.
- Train customers and maintenance personnel.
- Participate in system installation, maintenance, and upgrades.
דרישות
- Proven experience troubleshooting, solving problems, and maintaining complex technical systems.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, electronic, or integrated systems.
- Demonstrated field experience working directly with customers.
- Knowledge of motors, sensors, motion systems, and control systems.
- Very good English, including technical communication with customers and international partners.
- Willingness to travel frequently in Israel and abroad according to project requirements.
