A defense engineering organization is seeking a Systems Integration Team Lead to direct integration and testing from individual modules through complete radar systems.

תחומי אחריות

  • Define integration and testing processes for hardware, software, firmware, mechanical, and RF modules.
  • Lead field trials in Israel and internationally.
  • Establish and maintain laboratory infrastructure for system-level integration.

דרישות

  • B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience integrating and testing complex systems involving microwave, hardware, firmware, and software.
  • Proven experience developing system-level test plans.
  • Experience leading technical or systems integration teams.
  • Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
