Systems Engineer responsible for guiding engineering teams and overseeing the integration, security, compliance, performance, and resources of an IT/OT communications project.

תחומי אחריות

  • Provide professional guidance and oversight to engineering groups working on communications networks and IT/OT cyber systems.
  • Oversee implementation of NIST and ISO cybersecurity standards.
  • Analyze, review, and guide the implementation of cyber threat-modeling requirements for IT and OT networks.
  • Monitor technological developments in networking and network protection.
  • Improve processes and quality through performance measurement, work instructions, methodologies, management tools, reviews, and investigations.
  • Prepare and monitor detailed work plans while managing organizational conflicts with customers and work-order stakeholders.
  • Plan, track, control, and execute budget and other project resources.

דרישות

  • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, electrical engineering, information systems, or computer science is preferred.
  • At least five years of proven experience managing teams and matrixed employees, including relevant military experience.
  • Strong expertise in IT infrastructure and security, including operating systems, Windows and Linux servers, communications components, virtualization, storage, and backup systems.

  • Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CISO, or CISSP.
  • Background in technological military units or defense industries.
