Solution Architect – Embedded Autonomous Vehicle Systems

Lead the architecture and commercialization of embedded autonomous-driving solutions, aligning customer needs with hardware, software, and systems capabilities. The role is based primarily at a Petah Tikva site one day per week, with part-time work from other company sites subject to seat capacity.

  • Define system architectures and derive system and embedded-software requirements.
  • Engage directly with customers to analyze needs and tailor technical solutions.
  • Develop consolidated timelines across multiple projects and prioritize product features.
  • Collaborate with software architects, developers, and project managers to deliver products.
  • Apply ASPICE practices to system requirements, architecture, and software requirements.
  • Drive solutions from concept through commercialization.

דרישות

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical product management, systems engineering, or solution architecture.
  • Experience with systems engineering and requirements-management processes and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with automotive sensors and systems, including radar, lidar, cameras, time synchronization, calibration, integrations, and vehicle ECUs.
  • Experience working with complex embedded systems and Linux environments.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and understanding customer needs.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and engage with senior leadership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with accountability, independence, and a results-oriented approach.
