Join an aerospace and defense organization in Lod to integrate and test complex embedded real-time systems for advanced platforms. The role combines hands-on manual testing, requirements analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

- Plan and execute manual software testing for complex embedded real-time systems.
- Perform integration, system, regression, functional, and performance testing.
- Analyze system and software requirements and derive test scenarios.
- Write test plans, specifications, scenarios, execution reports, and results documentation.
- Identify, investigate, document, and manage software and system defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with systems, software, hardware, and test engineers.
- Support compliance with quality standards, project milestones, schedules, and organizational methodologies.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- At least 10 years of hands-on manual software testing experience.
- At least 5 years of experience testing embedded real-time systems.
- Proven integration and system testing experience in multidisciplinary software and hardware environments.
- Experience writing test documentation, scenarios, and reports.
- Experience in requirements analysis, test planning, troubleshooting, and defect investigation.
- Willingness to travel in Israel and abroad.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong self-learning skills.

- Experience with avionics or defense systems.
- Familiarity with DevOps processes and CI/CD tools.
- Experience with Python or scripting for test support, test utilities, or process optimization.
