Lead the engineering development process for multidisciplinary missile and space systems, from requirements definition through integration, verification, validation, and production transfer.

- Manage the engineering development process for the project.
- Identify and analyze customer requirements, develop system requirements, and allocate requirements to subsystems.
- Manage technical requirements for the system and its subsystems.
- Plan and execute system integration activities.
- Plan and conduct system verification and validation tests.
- Identify and manage technical project risks.
- Identify engineering knowledge gaps and coordinate the engineering effort.
- Define the development environment, infrastructure, procedures, tools, and resources.
- Define and manage engineering information.
- Lead peer reviews and technical reviews.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project partners.
- Define and maintain required engineering deliverables throughout each project phase, including supporting rationales.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical and control, or communications engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience developing and producing multidisciplinary systems.
- Required experience managing product transfer to production, system integration, and system-level testing.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and configuration management.
- Experience working across disciplines, including control systems and integration.
- Experience leading development in a matrix organization.
- Experience writing system definition documents.
- High-level English proficiency.
