An established organization is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the architecture and design of core financial systems. The role combines technical depth with business and financial expertise across accounts, wallets, payments, money transfers, and branch services.

- Lead the architecture and design of core financial systems.
- Define complex solutions for current accounts, digital wallets, payments, money transfers, and branch financial services.
- Work closely with development teams throughout solution definition, design, and full implementation.
- Design distributed microservices-based systems and secure APIs.
- Define non-functional requirements for performance, resilience, availability, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead cloud and container-based solution design.
- Drive event-driven integration architecture and end-to-end technical delivery.

- At least 3 years of experience in solutions architecture or technical leadership within financial systems, fintech, banking, or payments.
- Deep understanding of financial processes, including account management, money transfers, clearing, and branch systems.
- Experience defining non-functional requirements covering performance, resilience, availability, information security, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience designing distributed systems using microservices architecture.
- Experience designing secure Open APIs and REST interfaces.
- Experience with asynchronous, event-driven integrations.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Broad systems perspective, end-to-end technical project leadership, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience using AI assistants and AI-based development tools as part of an engineering methodology.
