A defense systems organization is seeking a Senior Hardware Systems Engineer to lead computer-assembly development from systems engineering and design through production, integration, testing, and customer delivery. The role is based in northern Israel.

תחומי אחריות

  • Define system and product requirements
  • Develop architectures and select technologies
  • Lead computer-assembly development from systems engineering and design through production and delivery
  • Lead a matrixed development team and manage subcontractors
  • Own performance, quality, and delivery schedules
  • Lead assembly-level integration and testing, including system-level integrations

דרישות

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering
  • At least 5 years of hands-on hardware development experience involving circuit boards and/or computer assemblies
  • Experience leading people

יתרון

  • A master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or systems engineering
  • Experience developing ruggedized hardware for military systems
  • Experience leading architecture and development of programmable-component firmware on boards and assemblies
  • Familiarity with international standards, especially military standards
