Senior Field Systems Integration Engineer

Join a fast-growing RF and tactical signal intelligence technology company as a hands-on technical bridge between research and development teams and global customers. Lead field deployments, trials, demonstrations, and acceptance testing while integrating complex hardware, RF, and software systems.

- Plan, set up, and lead live field trials, proofs of concept, demonstrations, and customer acceptance tests.
- Assemble, integrate, and configure multidisciplinary hardware, RF, and software systems in laboratory and field environments.
- Diagnose real-time operational issues during customer deployments.
- Develop lightweight Python scripts and tools for log collection, data parsing, and test workflow automation.
- Document field performance and analyze trial results.
- Provide engineering feedback to development teams to support product improvements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams on international deployments and milestone activities.
דרישות
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in multidisciplinary systems integration, testing, or field engineering.
- Understanding of RF principles, signal behavior, and wireless communications.
- Practical experience using laboratory or field test equipment such as spectrum analyzers.
- Practical Python or comparable scripting experience for log extraction, automation, and field adjustments.
- High-level spoken and written English for customer engagements and technical documentation.
- Willingness to travel internationally for approximately two weeks per quarter, with individual trips typically lasting up to one week.
- Ability to work independently, troubleshoot unexpected technical issues, and develop practical solutions.

- Experience with cellular networks and signals, including GSM, LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, or software-defined radio.
- Experience using AI productivity tools to accelerate scripting and daily workflows.
- Technical background in military intelligence, C4I, or specialized signal intelligence units.
