Lead customer and partner deployments for a cloud platform, providing technical leadership, removing blockers, and accelerating workload adoption and value realization.

תחומי אחריות

  • Develop and orchestrate deployment plans across customer and partner teams.
  • Onboard implementation teams, manage timelines and progress, and ensure deployment readiness, including capacity and training.
  • Use coding, debugging, and systems design to resolve technical blockers.
  • Track workload ramp from customer agreement through production consumption.
  • Identify opportunities to expand workloads during project execution.
  • Drive sustained product usage, customer value realization, and future renewals.

דרישות

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 6 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
  • Experience with deployment planning, orchestration, or change management.
  • Experience with programming, debugging, or systems design.
  • Experience presenting to, engaging with, or influencing technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
  • Fluency in English and Hebrew.

יתרון

  • Experience with infrastructure or application modernization, data management, analytics, cloud AI, networking, migrations, or security.
  • Experience with Python or Java and technical work that accelerates customer deployment.
  • Experience resolving technical and capacity blockers with product and capacity teams.
  • Knowledge of cloud platform products.
