- Own implementation workstreams involving automated equipment and terminal systems.
- Lead integration across equipment, software, safety systems and operational processes.
- Guide less experienced consultants and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Coordinate suppliers, identify scope and interface gaps, and help resolve cross-vendor issues.
- Own test and acceptance approaches, including acceptance criteria, test governance, issue resolution and commissioning decisions.
- Use simulation and emulation to validate software, interfaces, operational logic and performance.
- Prepare procedures, control-room organization, exception handling, training and operational processes for go-live.
- Support operational ramp-up, analyze performance data and identify bottlenecks.

- At least 10 years of relevant experience in container terminals, automation or terminal technology.
- Hands-on involvement in an automated or semi-automated terminal implementation.
- Strong knowledge of terminal operations and automated container-handling equipment.
- Experience with terminal operating systems, equipment control systems or fleet management systems.
- Experience with system integration, testing, commissioning and operational ramp-up.
- Ability to work with terminal operators, equipment manufacturers, software vendors and system integrators.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally and work at client sites during critical implementation phases.
