Lead the integration, validation, deployment, and support of on-site validation test systems for networking adapter products. Coordinate technical delivery across engineering, manufacturing, quality, service teams, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.

- Lead on-site validation test system activities, including post-sales support.
- Lead test system projects from concept through delivery and deployment.
- Define technical and operational requirements with customers and internal teams.
- Coordinate subcontractors and external suppliers to support system integration.
- Initiate and track procurement activities.
- Lead system integration, validation, and system bring-up.
- Manage configuration control and technical documentation.
- Define and implement test system adaptations for new products.
- Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, and service teams.
- Track schedules, risks, open issues, and execution progress.
- Support troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

- Technician or practical engineer qualification in electronics or mechanics.
- At least 3 years of experience leading technical projects or system integration activities.
- Strong understanding of test systems, manufacturing equipment, or integration environments.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to independently lead cross-functional activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
