A defense technology organization is seeking a systems engineer to develop, optimize, integrate, and test algorithms for advanced ground radar systems. The role includes customer-site performance analysis in Israel and abroad.

- Define and develop algorithms based on customer and system requirements.
- Improve and optimize existing algorithms to enhance system performance.
- Lead and participate in algorithm integration and testing.
- Analyze algorithm performance using field data from customer sites and implement improvements.
- Develop signal-processing and tracking algorithms for ground radar systems.
- Define algorithm improvements according to operational needs.
דרישות
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Physics, with an emphasis on signal processing.
- At least 2 years of experience designing and developing technological systems, including systems engineering, logic design, or algorithm development for real-time systems.
- Hands-on algorithm development experience.
- High proficiency in MATLAB and Python.
- Strong physical understanding and intuition.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to translate customer requirements into technological solutions.
- High-level English and the ability to work with international customers.
