תחומי אחריות

  • Lead integration of healthcare machine systems with the cloud platform, including data mapping and validation
  • Work directly with customers to understand technical and business needs and design effective solutions
  • Automate manual service and support processes by developing scripts and tools
  • Analyze large datasets, logs, and databases to identify and resolve system issues
  • Participate in customer calls, clarify requirements, provide updates, and support delivery
  • Document integration processes, automation workflows, and customer communications
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation

דרישות

  • Programming and scripting experience, preferably with Python or Java
  • Understanding of data integration, ETL, and mapping across heterogeneous data sources
  • Excellent written and spoken English for international customer and team communication
  • Strong customer focus, problem-solving ability, and a proactive, self-learning mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet tight deadlines

יתרון

  • Experience with healthcare or medical-device integrations
  • Familiarity with big-data tools, log analysis, and SQL database querying
