Lead systems and integration across connected retail automation products, combining enterprise networking, operating systems, cloud-connected hardware, automation, and customer-site deployments.

  • Lead systems and integration efforts across hardware and software products
  • Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise network environments for products and customer sites
  • Manage and support Linux and Windows operating systems in production
  • Develop scripts and automation for deployments, monitoring, and operations
  • Troubleshoot networking and integration issues involving live hardware and customer environments
  • Work with customers and partners on technical integrations and on-site rollouts
  • Define and improve internal systems standards and integration practices

דרישות

  • Experience with enterprise networking and communication protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls
  • Hands-on experience managing Linux and Windows operating systems in production
  • Strong scripting and automation skills using Bash, Python, or equivalent
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to take ownership of complex technical problems through resolution

  • Customer training and onboarding experience
  • Own vehicle and ability to travel independently to customer sites
