Lead and develop a team delivering scalable technical solutions and integrations for enterprise SaaS customers. The role combines people management, technical leadership, customer engagement, and hands-on solution delivery in a hybrid Tel Aviv environment.

- Lead, mentor, and develop the field deployment engineering team
- Set priorities, allocate work, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality customer solutions
- Build a collaborative environment focused on ownership, knowledge sharing, learning, and innovation
- Provide technical leadership on integrations and solutions involving APIs, webhooks, MCP, custom objects, and extensibility
- Contribute hands-on to solution design, integrations, automations, prototypes, and lightweight applications
- Review designs for scalability, maintainability, and alignment with technical standards
- Promote effective AI-assisted development and vibe coding practices
- Resolve escalated technical, delivery, and customer issues
- Partner with solutions architecture, professional services, product, and engineering teams
- Establish best practices for solution design, implementation, documentation, and handover
- Turn recurring customer needs into reusable solutions, process improvements, or product feedback

- 5–7 years of experience in system integrations, technical implementation, SaaS deployment, solution consulting, or integration architecture
- 1–2 years of people management or team leadership experience
- Demonstrated leadership through mentoring, technical guidance, project ownership, onboarding, or professional development support
- Hands-on experience integrating SaaS platforms using APIs, webhooks, middleware, and automation tools
- Ability to translate complex customer needs into practical, scalable solutions
- At least two years of hands-on experience with AI-assisted development and vibe coding
- Strong analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong customer-facing and consulting experience with enterprise customers
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide clear technical direction and constructive feedback
