Lead a multidisciplinary integration department within an engineering and development organization. The role oversees approximately 20 employees across multiple teams working on RF, digital, analog, firmware, and software systems.

- Lead an integration department for multidisciplinary RF, digital, analog, firmware, and software systems
- Define and write open-body verification test documents for assemblies and systems
- Define, establish, and execute verification test setups for RF assemblies and systems
- Perform prototype testing and identify hardware, software, and firmware design issues
- Define and conduct performance testing for boards and systems and approve hardware, software, and firmware releases
- Manage the procurement and rental of test equipment for open-body and engineering activities
- Own development and engineering laboratories, including test infrastructure
- Transfer products from development to operations and support the development-to-production transition
- Coordinate activities with systems engineering, RF, firmware, software, mechanical, manufacturing, and test laboratory teams
דרישות
- BSc in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- At least 10 years of proven experience in a comparable role
- Successful experience leading an integration department of engineers and technicians
- Practical experience with RF testing, including NF, IIP3, and return loss
- Broad understanding of receiver and transmitter chains
- Experience with FPGA-based integrated systems
- Experience with systems containing embedded real-time software
- Experience writing ATP and ATR test documentation
- Experience documenting, investigating, and correcting faults during development and development-to-production transfer
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Broad multidisciplinary systems perspective
