Senior Systems Engineering Manager

Lead the technical execution of a major engineering program in the air defense sector. Own system architecture, hardware and electrical interfaces, technical reviews, integration laboratory activities, experiments, and acceptance testing while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.

- Lead hardware architecture and connectivity for complex systems-of-systems in air defense.
- Direct hardware, electrical, and subsystem interface design activities.
- Lead system design reviews from system requirements through design verification.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, subcontractors, and matrix stakeholders.
- Write system specifications, technical documentation, and test documentation.
- Initiate and control hardware and subsystem interface changes.
- Establish and lead a system integration laboratory.
- Plan and conduct experiments, integration activities, and acceptance tests.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in systems, software, mechanical, electrical and electronics, electro-optics, or aeronautical engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in technical management, laboratory setup and operation, hardware development, and multidisciplinary systems integration.
- Engineering experience with weapon systems or command-and-control systems.
- Experience managing direct reports and working in a matrix organization.
- Good command of English.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
