Support key account managers in a full-time commercial operations role in Tel Aviv, coordinating quotes, contracts, orders, customer issues, forecasts, and account reporting for a global connectivity solutions business.

- Support key account managers with daily account operations and assigned activities
- Manage quoting, pricing, renewals, and contract updates across customer systems
- Coordinate new product introduction schedules, deliverables, and customer communications
- Work with production planning teams to address urgent shipment requirements
- Coordinate engineering samples and first-article deliveries for customer testing
- Process complex orders from entry through shipment tracking
- Prepare forecasts, scorecards, overdue-item reports, and revenue summaries
- Build customer and cross-functional relationships and represent the organization professionally
- Handle customer disagreements and escalations through timely resolution
דרישות
- Experience supporting sales for OEM and/or contract manufacturing customers
- Experience in B2B account support, customer success, sales operations, or a similar function
- Experience managing end-to-end quoting, renewals, and contract administration
- Experience collaborating across internal teams and directly with customers
- Understanding of relationships among OEMs, contract manufacturers, and component manufacturers
- Strong organization, attention to detail, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
יתרון
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain, engineering, or a related field
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems, particularly SAP or Salesforce
- Knowledge of connectors, terminals, cable assemblies, and passive electromechanical components
- Understanding of connector manufacturing, injection molding, metal stamping, wire harness, and assembly processes
- Familiarity with datacom customers, quality standards, and supply chain requirements
- Proven customer relationship development, negotiation, and sales skills
