Lead commercial proposal, pricing, tender, contract, and customer engagement activities for a global industrial defense manufacturer based in Kibbutz Sasa, Upper Galilee.

- Lead commercial proposals and tender responses for customers in Israel and international markets.
- Coordinate commercial, technical, operational, and financial inputs for project and product pricing.
- Develop cost models, business analyses, and profit-and-loss assessments for senior management.
- Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with customers.
- Manage the commercial and financial aspects of contracts and customer engagements.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, procurement, finance, business development, and other organizational functions.
- Lead, manage, and develop contract managers and cost analysts.
דרישות
- At least 3 years of experience managing a team.
- Significant experience preparing commercial proposals, pricing projects, responding to tenders, or developing cost models.
- Experience managing contracts and commercial engagements.
- Experience leading commercial negotiations with customers.
- Experience in complex industrial, project-based, and matrix organizations.
- Experience working with customers and senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, industrial engineering and management, or law.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.

- Knowledge of compliance, ITAR, and U.S. regulatory requirements.
