- Serve as the legal representative and General Manager for the local entity
- Set strategic direction and lead country planning initiatives
- Develop project-business opportunities across construction, industry, infrastructure, and utility segments
- Build customer relationships and maintain a strong future-opportunity pipeline
- Manage sales volume, product mix, margins, pricing, and competitive positioning
- Negotiate and approve commercial agreements in line with company procedures
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence
- Coordinate marketing, product, and sales activities, events, and campaigns
- Build organizational capability and develop talent
דרישות
- At least 10 years of sales experience
- Track record of business success as a Sales Manager
- Experience managing and developing teams
- Knowledge of the country’s electrical market
- Fluent English and Hebrew
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and executive presentation skills
- Ability to influence key stakeholders and decision-makers
