Senior Solutions Engineer

Serve as the technical advisor for enterprise prospects and customers across Israel. Partner with Account Executives to demonstrate software governance solutions, guide technical evaluations, and support deals from discovery through technical win.

- Own the technical side of the sales cycle, including discovery, demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-value engagements
- Map customer DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and toolchains
- Demonstrate how governance and evidence capabilities integrate across existing tools
- Translate technical requirements into solutions addressing audit readiness and safe adoption of AI-generated code
- Contribute to architecture discussions, RFPs, and security questionnaires
- Connect customers, Sales, Product, and Engineering while sharing field insight with product teams
- Track DevOps, AI-assisted development, competitive, and product trends
דרישות
- At least 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role
- Fluent Hebrew and English for discovery sessions, demonstrations, and technical workshops
- Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Git, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to engineers and executives
- Comfort working in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment

- Background as a Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or SRE
- Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, governance, SOC 2, ISO 27001, Israeli privacy law, or change management
- Experience selling or supporting SaaS or platform products
