Lead institutional sales for video security, safe-city, smart transportation, command-and-control, and analytics solutions. Own complex tenders, strategic public-sector accounts, commercial negotiations, and long-term contract renewals.

- Manage institutional tenders end to end, from opportunity identification and bidders’ conferences through clarification questions, compliance checks, and final submission.
- Develop long-term relationships with municipalities, local councils, government ministries, and public safety agencies.
- Sell video security, safe-city, smart transportation, Command & Control, and analytics-based solutions.
- Present emerging technologies and use AI tools to streamline sales activities.
- Negotiate maintenance contracts and service-level agreements and manage renewals.
- Meet sales, revenue, and collection targets.
- Travel for customer and business activities, generally under 25%.
דרישות
- Proven senior sales experience in B2B or B2G environments.
- Significant experience managing complex institutional tenders, including legal and technical requirements.
- Demonstrated success leading commercial negotiations and closing large-scale deals.
- Knowledge of long-term service and maintenance contracts.
- Ability to use AI tools and innovative technologies to improve sales operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with presales teams and project managers, and perform under pressure in a target-driven environment.
