Lead physical security, compliance, risk management, incident response, and vendor operations for a data center campus in Israel.

- Implement compliance processes aligned with security, risk, legal, and regulatory requirements
- Manage security budgets, forecasts, invoices, and financial analysis for the assigned campus
- Oversee physical security vendors and guard contract performance
- Manage campus security incidents, escalations, and physical security issues
- Lead investigations and proactively mitigate operational risks
- Direct responses to active incidents and coordinate critical event workflows
- Act as the primary liaison with public safety officials and law enforcement
- Provide after-hours on-call support and participate in crisis or large-scale event response
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- At least 5 years coordinating or managing resources for data center locations and leading operational or project-based work
- At least 5 years leading physical security operations, threat management, or project-based security work
- Experience with CCTV, access control, incident management systems, and security operations centers
- Fluent English and Hebrew communication skills

- Master’s degree in Criminal Justice or a related field
- Experience developing and deploying risk-mitigation processes
- Experience planning security operations or security program strategy
- Experience with data center technologies, infrastructure, and methodologies
- Experience managing incidents and crises
