Manage end-to-end procurement for an enterprise storage technology company, including sourcing, supplier negotiations, contracts, purchase orders, supplier performance, and cost optimization.

- Plan, execute, and manage the end-to-end procurement process
- Source suppliers and conduct market research, benchmarking, and category analysis
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, purchase orders, and framework agreements
- Review supplier contracts for policy compliance and manage renewals
- Partner with global internal functions to understand procurement needs and lead initiatives
- Develop and maintain long-term supplier relationships
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct quarterly business reviews
- Lead cost reduction and cost avoidance initiatives
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, materials management, supply chain, management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a procurement specialist
- Experience with indirect sourcing and long-term supplier management
- Strong technical understanding and ability to learn technology processes
- Strong sourcing, market research, negotiation, and contract management skills
- Experience managing budgets, cost reduction, and cost avoidance initiatives
- Ability to execute complex supplier agreements and minimize contractual risk
- Fluent written and spoken English and Hebrew
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
