Lead supplier management and procurement for electronic development and manufacturing projects supporting defense systems. The role is based in Beer Yaakov, Israel, and requires close coordination with engineering, project management, finance, and quality teams.

- Manage local turnkey suppliers for military electronic development projects involving circuit boards, enclosures, racks, testers, and shelters.
- Source suppliers and manage procurement engagements, including requests for quotation, negotiations, contracts, purchase orders, and payments.
- Track and control supplier performance against factory work plans.
- Manage knowledge transfer to production and coordinate with engineering teams.
- Identify and mitigate technical, quality, and supplier logistics risks.
- Coordinate supplier interfaces with project management, engineering, finance, and quality assurance departments.
- Manage deliveries to meet required schedules while reducing costs and maintaining high quality.

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in procurement and supplier management.
- Technical experience and familiarity with electronics development and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Fluent Hebrew is not explicitly required in the posting.
