A defense and manufacturing organization is seeking a senior procurement and contracts professional to manage complex purchasing projects, strategic supplier engagements, and high-value agreements. The role works across business, finance, legal, and operations teams and reports to the team leader.

- Manage complex procurement projects involving significant financial volumes.
- Lead strategic negotiations and manage supplier contracts and engagements in Israel and internationally.
- Build supplier engagement and procurement processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage procurement activities funded through the FMF program.
- Coordinate with business units, finance, legal counsel, and operational departments.
- Analyze and present procurement data to senior stakeholders.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management, logistics, economics, supplier management, or a related field.
- Experience in local and international procurement and program management with business units.
- Experience drafting contracts, statements of work, and specifications.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- High proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and data presentation skills, including communication with senior management.
יתרון
- Experience with FMF procurement and work with Ministry of Defense stakeholders or its New York procurement delegation.
- Knowledge of Ministry of Defense procurement procedures.
