An executive medical affairs leader will guide oncology strategy and clinical development, support client proposals and business growth, and provide scientific expertise to internal teams. The role can be based in the EMEA region and requires travel to China; relocation may be considered.

- Provide oncology expertise for proposals and bid defenses, including development strategy, regulatory issues, drug classes, protocols, indications, and safety considerations
- Engage with client physicians and therapeutic-area leaders and identify business opportunities
- Support strategic alliances, client governance, and advisory boards
- Develop product development plans and design clinical trial protocols
- Train clinical teams and guide clinical trial execution
- Author and review investigator brochures, clinical study reports, regulatory submission materials, and briefing documents
- Contribute to feasibility study design and reporting, liaise with investigators and key opinion leaders, and mentor clinical scientists
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams and initiatives
דרישות
- MD or equivalent
- Certified oncologist
- At least 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience leading clinical development of at least one asset from discovery through registration
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Ability to lead and influence across departments, communicate complex information clearly, and handle confidential matters
- Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally
