A travel and experiential education organization is seeking an in-office Social Media and Marketing Manager in Tel Aviv to lead digital presence, content, campaigns, and community engagement across multiple programs and tour brands.

- Manage and grow Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts
- Own content calendars, posting schedules, and community engagement
- Track social performance and refine strategy to improve reach and engagement
- Create social, paid, and participant-focused photo and video content
- Design flyers, advertisements, and marketing materials
- Plan and manage email campaigns and automated lead-nurturing workflows
- Create, monitor, and optimize paid social campaigns
- Update and maintain the website
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity
- Capture content on location during program activities
- Coordinate with operations, staff, and participants to produce content
- Lead end-of-program impact sessions and collect leads
- Own digital marketing strategy and plan seasonal recruitment campaigns
- Support participant inquiries, eligibility interviews, email support, and online orientations

- 2–4 years of marketing experience
- Native English speaker
- Strong writing, design, and storytelling skills
- Experience managing and growing social media accounts
- Experience with email marketing tools such as HubSpot and advertising platforms
- Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, TikTok Studio, or similar tools
- Basic photo and video editing skills
- Experience managing websites through Wix
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple projects
