A digital media and technology company is seeking a Video Monetization Manager to grow programmatic revenue, optimize ad yield, and improve technical performance across its video content portfolio.

- Manage strategic relationships with SSPs and programmatic demand partners
- Drive partner success, spend growth, monetization, and account optimization
- Support publisher teams with testing and daily monetization optimization
- Analyze spend, fill rate, bid rate, CPM, and traffic-quality trends
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests for monetization, player settings, and ad configurations
- Optimize video player settings, content distribution, and ad rules
- Investigate operational and technical ad delivery issues
דרישות
- 3+ years of experience in AdTech or programmatic advertising, including partner management, revenue operations, or ad operations
- Strong understanding of DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, identity, and supply path optimization
- Technical and analytical ability to interpret large-scale performance data and develop actionable recommendations
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting ad requests, delivery errors, integration issues, discrepancies, margin loss, and traffic quality
- Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Familiarity with Google Ad Manager, Analytics, Looker, and CRM tools
- Fluent written and spoken English
