- Develop the retention marketing strategy and oversee integrated campaign execution
- Create and manage lifecycle marketing campaigns using customer data
- Build segmented audiences and deliver relevant cross-channel messaging
- Partner with Creative teams on campaigns and brand value initiatives
- Develop and measure test-and-learn programs with Analytics teams
- Collaborate with Product and Technology teams on customer-focused offerings
- Use customer service insights to improve marketing programs
- Define requirements for CRM technology and related capabilities
- Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to improve marketing strategy
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- At least 5 years of marketing experience
- Experience in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, and CRM
- Experience producing conversion-focused digital content
- Experience partnering with technology and product teams
- Experience in fast-paced, technology-driven environments
- Analytical, strategic, and project management skills
- Ability to experiment with new ideas and manage changing priorities
