- Develop LinkedIn content strategy, brand positioning, editorial themes, formats, and publishing cadence.
- Create original posts, insider tips, case studies, videos, and visual content in-house.
- Gather market insights and authentic material by working with office brokers and joining property tours to capture photos and video.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, audiences, and budgets.
- Build demand-generation campaigns, landing pages, and automations that convert interest into qualified leads and property tours.
- Use CRM and platform analytics to measure pipeline contribution and return on investment, run ongoing A/B tests, and adjust investment based on results.
- Monitor startup market trends and competitor messaging to keep content and campaigns relevant.

- At least 2 years of experience in B2B demand generation or performance marketing.
- Proven ownership of pipeline targets and measurable improvements in funnel conversion and lead quality.
- Hands-on experience managing and scaling paid media budgets, with strong expertise in both organic and paid LinkedIn marketing.
- Advanced, practical use of generative AI tools for marketing, including tools such as ChatGPT and Claude Code.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and other native platform analytics, plus A/B testing methods.
- Professional video editing skills and solid visual design capabilities.
