Lead digital growth for a web-based cognitive training platform, owning acquisition, conversion, eCommerce performance, and revenue optimization.

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other channels
- Own and improve the eCommerce funnel from product pages through checkout and retention
- Manage online sales activities, promotions, and product performance tracking
- Oversee websites, landing pages, and other digital assets
- Lead mobile and in-app campaigns to increase engagement and conversions
- Analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities, and implement new tools and strategies
- Work full-time onsite in Tel Aviv from 09:00 to 18:00
דרישות
- At least 3 years of end-to-end digital marketing experience
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, SEO, and WordPress
- Proven experience managing and optimizing eCommerce platforms and conversion funnels
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach
- Proactive, independent, and collaborative working style
