Short-term contract role responsible for rapidly increasing group visits to a Sderot visitor center by developing partnerships with travel agencies, organizations, and educational institutions in Israel and abroad.

- Research travel agencies, organizations, educational institutions, and group-focused frameworks serving Hebrew-, English-, and Spanish-speaking audiences
- Build and maintain a focused lead database covering employee committees, technology companies, preparatory programs, educational institutions, travel agencies, overseas communities, and freelance guides
- Conduct proactive outreach by phone, email, and meetings to relevant decision-makers
- Present the visitor center and tailor messaging to different audiences
- Invite contacts to introductory visits and coordinate the visits with the center team
- Schedule and manage meetings and follow-ups through active partnerships and group arrivals
- Document lead activity in Monday.com and report progress, challenges, and field insights
- Coordinate marketing materials and messaging with the marketing and digital team
- Deliver an organized lead database and final recommendations at the end of the assignment

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or institutional partner and client acquisition
- Native-level Hebrew and very high-level English
- Ability to work independently under targets and short deadlines
- Strong interpersonal communication, initiative, creativity, and relationship-building skills
- Sensitivity to national issues and ability to represent the organization credibly

- Experience or familiarity with inbound tourism, education, or organized groups
- Knowledge of Google Workspace and Monday.com or similar systems
