A digital insurance and savings startup is seeking a hands-on marketing professional to manage ongoing marketing execution, automation, customer journeys, digital channels, content, vendors, and cross-functional initiatives.

- Build and manage automation flows, including onboarding, triggers, notifications, segmentation, A/B testing, and optimization
- Write and adapt messaging for email, WhatsApp, push notifications, landing pages, advertisements, social media, and in-product communications
- Plan, schedule, and track digital and social activity, including KPI analysis
- Manage external content, SEO, media, design, and social partners through briefs, timelines, priorities, and quality control
- Create and adapt presentations, banners, templates, and social stories when needed
- Use AI tools to create and improve written and visual content
- Lead marketing projects with product, sales, customer service, legal, data, and external partners
- Analyze performance data and develop actionable recommendations
דרישות
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, digital marketing, social media, or advertising-agency account management
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and customer journey management
- Strong marketing writing skills and understanding of digital content and messaging
- Familiarity with digital and social platforms, formats, and trends
- Ability to independently manage vendors and projects
- Data-driven mindset with strong marketing judgment and storytelling skills
- Strong organizational skills, ownership, and ability to manage multiple priorities
