Hands-on opportunity to own end-to-end marketing for an enterprise compliance and quality management software company. The role reports to the CEO and combines strategy, content, paid acquisition, creative production, events, and marketing analytics.

- Own the marketing function from positioning through daily execution.
- Build and manage company and executive LinkedIn profiles.
- Create organic LinkedIn content, paid campaigns, and outbound outreach for B2B audiences.
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads Search and Display campaigns.
- Create high-converting landing pages and manage the digital funnel through conversion.
- Write B2B copy and develop value proposition messaging.
- Produce campaign graphics, social creatives, and video edits.
- Integrate AI tools into content, design, video, data analysis, and marketing automation workflows.
- Plan, promote, and host webinars and virtual or in-person events.
- Measure marketing performance and report on ROI, MQLs, and pipeline contribution.

- Strong written English and the ability to create clear B2B messaging.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing, demand generation, and campaign execution.
- Ability to manage LinkedIn company and executive profiles, including organic content, paid campaigns, and outbound outreach.
- Experience planning, launching, and optimizing Google Search and Display campaigns.
- Ability to create or manage landing pages and digital conversion funnels.
- Capability to produce graphics, social media creatives, and video content.
- Ability to connect marketing activity with ROI, MQLs, and pipeline contribution.
