Lead the distribution engine for an AI-native finance product. Build organic acquisition, product-led growth, community, creator, referral, and partner channels from the ground up. The role is open to candidates in Israel, the UK, or the USA; it is fully remote for candidates based in the UK or USA.

- Identify channels, communities, creators, networks, and product mechanics that can drive adoption
- Build and test organic growth and distribution experiments
- Partner with Product and Engineering to embed growth into the product experience
- Turn product moments, use cases, and customer outcomes into repeatable distribution assets
- Design and test sharing, referral, reuse, community, creator, and partner loops
- Engage with early users to understand activation, engagement, retention, and sharing
- Use AI and automation for research, content, outreach, onboarding, experimentation, and analysis
- Build measurement connecting acquisition, usage, sharing, retention, and commercial outcomes

- Hands-on experience building meaningful growth, adoption, audience, community, or distribution
- Understanding of product-led growth, activation, retention, referrals, and viral mechanics
- Ability to create, test, analyze, and ship growth initiatives independently
- Experience generating momentum without relying primarily on paid acquisition
- Daily use of AI and automation in professional workflows
- Ability to operate globally and communicate at a high level in English

- A strong personal presence or audience on relevant platforms
- Experience with AI-native products, developer tools, self-serve SaaS, creator products, marketplaces, community-led growth, referral systems, creator programs, or partner ecosystems
- Experience in fintech or finance
