Lead the strategy and hands-on execution of an ecommerce website experience. Own site performance and continuously improve conversion, add-to-cart rate, items per order, and average order value through experimentation, personalization, merchandising, and UX improvements.

- Own end-to-end ecommerce site performance and ongoing page optimization.
- Optimize pricing, promotions, upsell strategies, and product merchandising to improve performance.
- Design, run, analyze, and implement results from the A/B testing program.
- Develop personalization strategies for different markets and audiences.
- Analyze customer behavior, competitors, and market trends to guide site decisions.
- Plan and execute product promotion strategies and launch timing.
- Build and launch landing pages for products and campaigns.
- Translate brand visuals and voice into the site experience in collaboration with graphic design.
- Improve navigation, site structure, and overall UX/UI quality.
- Lead onsite product launches and continuously evolve the conversion funnel.

- Proven experience improving conversion rates in an ecommerce environment, either in-house or at an agency.
- Hands-on experience designing A/B tests and interpreting results.
- Strong understanding of customer psychology and UX logic.
- Ability to combine strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Strong attention to detail and project prioritization.
- High-level English proficiency.
