Own the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel promotional campaigns across gaming brands and international markets. Manage campaign calendars, player communications, provider promotions, testing, and performance analysis.

- Build and maintain monthly promotional calendars for each brand, aligned with holidays, launches, and provider schedules.
- Plan and execute campaigns across email, push, Telegram, WhatsApp, onsite banners, and promotional pages.
- Coordinate game launches, provider tournaments, network promotions, campaign briefs, player communications, and onsite visibility.
- Develop Telegram and WhatsApp broadcast strategies, content calendars, scripts, and offer distribution plans.
- Monitor competitors, campaign mechanics, promotional frequency, and market positioning.
- Run ongoing A/B tests covering copy, creative, timing, subject lines, and bonus structures.
- Review campaign metrics including click-through rate, conversion, opt-outs, bonus cost, net gaming revenue, and participation.
- Document findings, implement winning variations, and improve campaign and channel performance.
דרישות
- At least 3 years of experience in CRM, campaign management, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience running multi-channel campaigns across email, push notifications, Telegram, WhatsApp, or similar channels.
- Experience managing promotional calendars across multiple brands or markets.
- Strong commercial, analytical, organizational, communication, and quality-assurance skills.
