Manage affiliate partnerships for mobile app and web campaigns, configure MMP and S2S tracking, optimize performance against CPA targets, and detect fraud in a fast-paced ad-tech environment.

- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential affiliates for mobile app and web campaigns.
- Build and manage tracking links, configure postbacks, and ensure integration with MMPs.
- Set up and troubleshoot pixels, JS tags, and S2S tracking for web campaigns.
- Optimize affiliate performance to meet CPA targets.
- Monitor real-time data to identify trends and mitigate fraud.
- Communicate with global partners and negotiate terms.
דרישות
- 2+ years in affiliate management with focus on in-app and mobile web.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing models (CPA, CPI, CPL, RevShare).
- Experience with at least 3 different systems/platforms.
- Minimum 1 year hands-on with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Singular).
- Solid understanding of cookies, pixels, and S2S postbacks.
- Hands-on experience with more than one external tracking platform.
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Working use of AI tools for data processing and productivity.
- Exceptional English, written and verbal.
