Ad Operations Specialist

Support the accurate and timely delivery of digital advertising campaigns across a high-volume portfolio. Monitor live campaigns, investigate delivery issues, prepare operational reports, and coordinate with account teams, agencies, publishers, and internal product and technical groups.

- Execute daily operational activities for digital advertising campaigns
- Monitor live campaigns and identify delivery or performance issues proactively
- Review campaign metrics and communicate campaign status to stakeholders
- Coordinate with account managers to support customer satisfaction throughout the campaign lifecycle
- Work with product, support, research and development, and business teams to resolve campaign issues
- Communicate with agencies and external partners about timelines, creative assets, delivery requirements, and status
- Prepare daily and ad hoc operational reports
- Improve operational workflows and develop expertise in advertising platforms
דרישות
- At least 2 years of experience in ad operations, campaign operations, media operations, or AdTech
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent technical field
- Hands-on experience with advertising or ad-serving platforms such as Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, DV360, SSPs, or DSPs
- Understanding of digital advertising metrics and terminology, including impressions, CTR, CPM, CPA, conversions, and pacing
- Experience monitoring and managing live advertising campaigns
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, adapt to changing priorities, and work rotational shifts as needed
